Dear Prospective Tenant,

Thank you for your recent request for a Lease Application from the Jefferson School Lofts.  Please take care to completely fill out the two enclosed forms.  Each of the following items must be included with your application:

- Print all information neatly
- All adult (18 years of age and older) applicants must fill out an application.
- Do not leave any item blank; if an item does not apply write “N/A” in the blank.
- Sign the bottom of page two of the Application as well as the Rental Verification form.
- Enclose a $50.00 application fee for each adult applicant; personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks or credit cards are acceptable, cash is not accepted.
- The approval process will begin when we have received:

Completed applications with application fees, from all applicants and occupants

Copies of a valid driver’s license or other government issued identification
The last two pay stubs for each applicant.

Once you have these items you will need to contact me.

The three possible outcomes from the approval process are acceptance, conditional acceptance, or denial.  Additional information and or deposits may be required if a conditional acceptance is recommended.

Failure to follow the above guidelines will result in a delay in processing your application.

Jefferson School Lofts is a Smoke Free Building.

Rental rates are subject to change at any time prior to signing your lease and availability is on a first come first served basis.  Below are our current rental rates:

1 Bedroom $925 
2 Bedrooms $1350 
3 Bedrooms $1495
